I agree. However, this is usually the only time of the year we are optimistic. Then we get a look at our starters struggling to win in the SL, and that optimism fades.
Speak for yourself. I need something/anything to be optimistic about right now. My only consolation is in my hope for our young Kings. I'm gonna be optimistic if it kills me - and it just might.

Cheer up a bit. We have a lot of talented and high character youth on the team, with most really close in age. I look forward to watching them grow together. We will be there when the stars at Golden State grow old.... And who knows, maybe we take that star by force one day.

There are two guys on this roster who were considered number one pick material, Fox could still be special, and we still have Buddy and Bogdan. We also have a ton of cap space and a bunch of vets whose contracts are expiring next year.

We are going to be busy at the trading deadline. There's a lot to look forward to

We're Kings fans. There is NOTHING basketball wise that can kill us. We've been through the worst of the worst!

Stay away from cigs and red meat though. We're not immune to everything ;p

We have so much nba skill on the starting unit it will be tough for anyone to stand out

Don’t need to see much from Fox/Bagley

Giles, the hype is ridiculous, and setting a kid up to fail, but you hope is a solid starter

JJ, very important time to show what I think he’s capable

Mason, show legit backup potential

Wouldn’t surprise me if moves are made on these early SL performances. Can Giles be relied upon at center? Are JJ and Mason solid rotation guys?
