The rest of the season is going to be an emotional roller coaster. I can't speak for anyone else, but I know myself well enough to know I'll be super happy when the Kings win and play well and I'll try desperately not to get too depressed when they play like who they really are. Now more than ever, being a Kings fan is not for the faint of heart.

Funny to listen to Grant trying to make excuses, however.

Need to adjust expectations. I will root for wins, but hopefully get to see some development by the youngsters. Hoping Skal gets consistent minutes from here out.

I just want Skal to shoot the ball every time down the court. He's the only guy I'm really excited about. For every great WCS game, he has these duds. Not that I think he'll be a bust, he's just never going to be a star.

Skal needs to get Willie some St. John the Conqueror root

Skal will be a very good rebounder once he adds some heft. He really attacks the boards and has the length needed.

He's already good which surprises me.

Steph has a team of elite defenders, and he does a good job of not getting abused, us on the other hand...yeah

I'm sorry, but I think some people around here - and I'm speaking in general terms - are way too quick to try to find ONE scapegoat for what's happening on the court. What's hapening is the team is w/o the superstar who carried most of the load. They are learning to play without him on the fly, and it's gonna take a while. To dump on WCS or Ben or anybody else at this point is just silly IMHO.

Where you a Kings fan before the golden years? You saw this kind of stuff all the time, but worse. Players didn't even try. They looked like guys serving detention and having to play basketball instead of having to sit in the library. At least these kids try. They just aren't gonna compete successfully with established teams right now.

Wow you got all of that out of my pointing out Willies lack of energy and effort on the little things? No need to be overly dramatic, I Never blamed all of this on Willie nor am I looking for a scapegoat, I know well enough that this roster is not up to par.

They are learning i never said they aren't, I complained about Willies lack of closing out on Kaminsky and lack of effort on the boards, I wont excuse lack of effort just because its more effort than before 99.

Dude, we would never be able to surround Cuz with talent.... Cuz's window is at max, is 4 years. If we find a star, then all of our young guys can grow and build together.

I can't watch WCS consistently get outworked. If he's having a bad game, he just will not work for every rebound. It's frustrating. You see Skal jumping high, scrapping and muscling players for the board. WCS just gets beat. Frank should not be pushing WCS around.
